Wedding Toast Speech
A wedding toast speech is traditionally given by a number of guests at a wedding.
It is traditional for the groom to make a wedding toast speech in which he thanks everyone for attending the wedding celebration and it is this speech which represents his first opportunity to speak on behalf of his new wife.
A wedding toast speech is given by the bride's father. Dad will share fond memories he has of his girl growing up. It will be an emotional time for him having 'given away' his cherished daughter and it is this wedding toast speech that is most likely to cause tears amongst the guests.
The wedding toast speech most eagerly anticipated by guests is usually that made by the best man. The best man is usually the comedian amongst the wedding toast speech givers. In the United Kingdom do they have a procedure where someone is married in a non religious ceremony?
I live in the United States and we had to travel from the State of California to the State of Nevada (where they allow gambling if you are over 21!!) to get married. We went to a wedding chapel and a few friends were in attendance plus our parents and his brother and my brother. I was pregnant at the time due to an accidental occurence when he and I were taking a shower together in order to save water and something happened when we started kissing and got in a close embrace. Oh Well!! The ceremony was a civil ceremony but it was perfectly legal. Do they have such a type of marriage in the United Kingdom or do you have to get married under the auspices of the Anglican Church? What happens if there is an "accident" of some sort and you are in violation of Church rules?

Are there any Walk Up Wedding Chapels in, or close to Ocean City, Maryland?
I'm going to Ocean City, Maryland in late September for the big H2Oi VW & Audi car show. I'd really love to find a walk up wedding chapel near by. Does anyone know of any near by, or any websites I can use to look for them? My search results always take me to Las Vegas chapels.

vegas wedding chapels?
I am getting married over labor day weekend... we are not looking for anything fancy or spectacular... just kind of want to get in get out go party... but i have a lot of family and friends coming and it seems standard for chapels to charge per guests that come... id say i have close to probably 50 coming... but don't want to fork out the extra cash for extra seats and certainly not going to charge people to see me get married... anyone have any ideas, or know of any chapels that don't cost a fortune to have more guests than normal.
