Etiquette for second wedding in five years?
My fiance and I have both been married before. I got married in a church, and had a mostly traditional wedding. There was just a small cake and punch reception afterward. My husband left me a year after our wedding. My fiance eloped, at a courthouse, with none of his friends and family there. He divorced her when he was on tour in Iraq and she decided she liked girls better than boys (long story). So now we're getting married, and I'm confused. We'd both like to have a big, traditional wedding, but I don't want to offend anyone or step on any toes. My family all mostly came to the first wedding, bought gifts, I had a shower, etc. My fiance's mom really wants us to have a big wedding too, and his sister wants to be a bridesmaid. My friends are also asking about being bridesmaids. I know all of my fiance's family would come if we had a wedding, but I don't know about inviting my family. I'm sure they would come, but I just don't know about a second wedding invitation in five years. I don't expect gifts or anything, but I'd love them to be there. I just don't want to be seen as rude for inviting them again. How should I go about doing this? Like I said, both my fiance and I would love to have a wedding, and celebrate with our friends, but I want to do this the nicest way possible. (Sorry this is so long.) My fiance says that if we're gonna have a wedding, then we're gonna do it all the way. Like, rent a hotel ballroom and have a big fancy dinner and a band.

How do you word second wedding invitations?
I still have my ex-husband's last name (it was easier to keep it). Everyone knows me by that last name. But I'm not sure how to do the invitations now that I'm getting remarried. I plan on dropping it after we're married (duh). I just feel weird about having that last name on my wedding invites. Is there a way around this? My fiance and I are paying for the wedding, so our names will be the only ones on the invitations.
