Great Ideas For Displaying Your Wedding Photos

After your wedding ceremony and reception is done and over and you get home from your honeymoon, you can step back, relax and enjoy your new life as a married couple. This is also a time to properly display and store your wedding photos. Your wedding photos should last you for years to come. You will most certainly want to display your wedding photos in your home. Here are some ideas for storing and displaying your wedding photos.

How many people do you know that cannot locate their wedding photos? If you ask to see their wedding photos, they are likely to tell you that they stored somewhere in a box and have been that way for years. You may not even see a framed wedding picture of them anywhere in their home. This is why you need to take the time now to store and display your favorite wedding photos.

One of the most popular ways to display your wedding photos is using a scrapbook. Scrapbooking is a very popular hobby for many people, if you have never tried it before, now is the time. Gathering your favorite wedding photos, both posed and candid shots and began making your scrapbook. If you do not have the time to make your own wedding scrapbook, ask a friend or family member that into scrapbooking, and they can help you get started. You might even want to consider taking a class at your local scrapbook store or at an arts and crafts store.

You will also want to display your favorite wedding photos throughout your home. You might consider having one wall in your home dedicated to your wedding photos. While you should have at least one nice posed picture of the two of you, consider framing some fun and candid shots as well. That will show your wedding day more accurately. In addition, you might consider having some of your wedding photos made into black-and-white or sepia tones. This looks very beautiful for many wedding photos. When you buy the frames for your wedding photos, make sure that they matched the decor of your home. Black photo frames look very beautiful with wedding photos because it is a classic look. Silver and gold are also popular choices.

Do not just throw your wedding photos in an old box. Take the time right after your wedding to properly store and display your favorite wedding photos. In a few years, you will be glad that you did.

Anyone purchased and worn Oleg Cassini CT258 to their wedding?
Has anyone purchased the Oleg Cassini CT258 dress for their wedding? If so, would you be so kind as to send me a picture/pictures from your wedding? I'm unsure how this dress will look in photos (even though I already ordered it), and wanted to see if I could find a few real wedding photos to see the true look of it. Thanks!!!

Did Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt get married for real this time?
http://www.gossipsucker.com/2009/04/heidi-montag-spencer-pratt-get-married-for-real-wedding-photo/ Is it for real or is it just for the hills? Yeah but she also tweeted that she was pregnant, too, and that was a lie. Perez is a douche, btw.

Re-wedding - a do or a don't?
My husband and I got married in April of this year and it was a complete disaster. The ceremony itself was perfect except for the fact his mother wasn't happy that his brothers, sister in laws, aunts and uncles weren't invited at his request. We went for a small meal afterwards and had no formal reception. We decided we were marrying for the love of each other and not for some big formal wedding. Eight months down the line I'm wishing we'd done things properly. I find myself lusting after the big white dress, the reception into the night, the hotel room, the celebration with family and friends etc. I've discussed this with my husband and he thinks it's a good idea but a lot of money to spend on a blessing. I was wondering if anyone had done this before? We only spent a few hundred on our wedding since it was so small and low-key but I wanted to do a blessing and a reception in the near future, maybe for our two or three year wedding anniversary. Something special for everyone to enjoy, not just us with real wedding photos and a party for everyone to experience our wedding. Is it a good idea or a waste of time? Does anyone have any experience with 'do-over' weddings or ever attended one? Any other suggestions? We wouldn't be asking for gifts or his/my family to pay for anything as we'd be paying for everything. To us it was about being together and celebrating our marriage the way it should have been celebrated when it happened, not for a gift grab.
