Plus size wedding dress with jacket?
I'm getting married in Vermont next fall. I've been looking for the perfect wedding dress for years but still have not found it. I can not wear a dress without some kind of jacket to go over it. Short sleeves are fine but I need something. Ideally I would like something with not too much detail but with a sweetheart neckline. This dress would be perfect but I dont love all the detail. plus sized wedding dress comment? What would you have done?
btw I'm 5"3 and 130lbs. lol just some fyi Okay, so I was looking around at wedding dresses and this lady asked me questions about dress styles I liked all that lovely stuff. Well, she asked my dress size and i said well it's a 9 or 11 depending on the style of the dress or how its made. (I only weigh 130. The women in my fam weigh more than that like 180ish or more.) She mumbled, "9 or 11 plus a few sizes or something like that" and then asked if I was interested in a plus sized dress. What would you have done? Seriously, I know 130 is slightly chunky lol but gees. Polite opinions welcome
