Is a wedding bouquet with artificial flowers tacky?
I am just browsing around gathering information and came across this option: artificial wedding flowers. If I had a wedding bouquet made of artificial flowers (not the silk ones, because i reckon you could probably see that they are fake, but perhaps the latex ones - like lilies etc) would this be tacky?
I know in Belgium (where I come from) wedding flowers are real flowers and you can even freeze dry them (very expensive process/keeps the colours of the flowers) or dry them as normal (where the whole bouquet sort of start looking brownish instead of the crisp white. Over there it is usually NOT DONE to use fake flowers, but more and more brides seem to start doing it anyway. Are artificial wedding flowers tacky? cause i'd rather invest in something that keeps looking good for years and years to come without the expensive freeze drying process (we're talking about $600 here)
